Cancellation Policy

1. Project Scope & Duration: CRDN agrees to act as the Client's dedicated Relocation Project Manager for a period of up to ninety (90) days from the execution of this Agreement. CRDN will facilitate the Client’s transition to Costa Rica, providing hands-on assistance with lifestyle infrastructure. 2. Services Included: Logistical Guidance: Assistance in navigating local banking setups, telecommunications (SIM/Internet), and utility transfers. Vehicle Acquisition Support: Sourcing, coordinating mechanical inspections, and facilitating the purchase process of a local vehicle. Professional Liaison: Connecting the Client with verified, English-speaking professionals, including immigration attorneys, healthcare providers, and real estate agents. Priority Support: Direct communication access via WhatsApp during standard business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST). 3. Third-Party Payments and Exclusions: The Client explicitly understands that CRDN’s consulting fee covers our time, expertise, and management services exclusively. The fee does not include payments to third parties. The Client is solely responsible for paying all third-party costs directly, including but not limited to: attorney fees, government immigration taxes, property rentals, security deposits, vehicle purchases, insurance premiums, and school tuition. 4. Allocation of Hours: This integration package includes hours of dedicated consulting and active field management. Any services required beyond this allocation will be billed at an hourly rate of $50.00 USD, subject to the Client's prior approval. 5. Indemnification Regarding Bureaucracy: CRDN will employ its best efforts and local expertise to expedite the Client's integration. However, CRDN cannot control and shall not be held liable for delays, rejections, or policy changes enacted by Costa Rican government entities (e.g., Immigration, Customs) or private institutions (e.g., local banks). 6. Termination Clause: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with a fifteen (15) day written notice. Upon termination, CRDN will retain the portion of the fee commensurate with the services rendered up to the date of termination, and any remaining balance will be refunded to the Client.
