Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of Services: Costa Rica Digital Nomads ("CRDN") agrees to provide a 60-minute, one-on-one virtual consultation to the Client. The purpose of this call is to discuss relocation strategies, microclimates, general cost of living, and logistical planning for moving to Costa Rica. 2. Disclaimer of Professional Advice: CRDN provides strategic lifestyle guidance based on extensive local experience. CRDN does not act as legal counsel, certified public accountants, or licensed financial advisors. Any legal, immigration, or financial decisions must be independently verified by the Client with respective licensed professionals. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' prior written notice. Failure to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice (a "no-show") will result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee. Refunds are not issued for completed services or no-shows. 4. Confidentiality: All personal, financial, and logistical information shared by the Client during the consultation will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client's explicit consent.
